Not all remediation work requires a power interruption, and customers in locations not listed below may still benefit from work taking place in their area.
Where safe and practical, we keep the power on. However, temporary planned interruptions are sometimes required to ensure the safety of our crews, and the efficient delivery of work.
This page will provide a guide to planned work associated with our insulator pollution remediation program where a temporary power interruption may be required. The schedule is yet to be finalised and once completed, will be updated regularly. It may also change at short notice due to operational or weather conditions.
Customers directly impacted by planned outages will be informed via SMS and email. Customers can also subscribe to our notification service to stay updated on planned and unplanned outages.
