Employee Foundation

This year (2026) marks the 20th birthday of the SA Power Networks Employee Foundation, representing 20 years of employees, their families and friends making a positive contribution to the lives of people in their community.

Our Employee Foundation is a registered not-for-profit charity within our organisation. It was established in 2006 and to date has donated close to $7 million to the South Australian community since its inception.

The Foundation enables our employees, their families and friends to make a positive contribution to the lives of people and animals in our community through:

volunteering
fundraising
donations of money, goods and services.

Who we support

The Employee Foundation supports many charities through a variety of fundraisers run by our employees. Additionally, we also identify and support some key charity partners based on causes our employees are most passionate about thanks to our generous payroll donation program. We support charities in a variety of areas including homelessness, disadvantaged youth, mental health, LGBTQIA+, domestic violence and cancer.
