We’re making it easier to submit and manage electrical service requests online – whether you’re an electrician, solar installer, builder, developer, or homeowner. The new portal is designed to replace older systems like REX and other online forms, offering a simpler, mobile-friendly way to lodge and track your requests in one place.

Portal services

We’re progressively moving all minor connection services into the new portal, including: 

  • Network Access Permits - NOW LIVE
  • Customer Enquiries – NOW LIVE
  • Retailer Temporary Isolation - NOW LIVE
  • New Service Provision – NOW LIVE
  • Temporary Disconnection/Reconnection – NOW LIVE
  • Alterations - NOW LIVE
  • Abolishment (Permanent Disconnection) - COMING SOON
  • Low Voltage Line Covers - COMING SOON

 

What do I need to do? 

Even if you’ve used REX before, you’ll need to create a new account: 

  1. Go to portal.sapowernetworks.com.au 
  2. Click 'Create a new account'
  3. Set your password and verify your identity 
  4. Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) 

Already registered? Just log in with your email and MFA code.
