You can report an outage any time, day or night, here on our website or by calling 13 13 66. Please call us immediately if you see fallen powerlines.
In life-threatening situations, call 000.
When the power goes out, one of the most useful things you can do is let us know.
Reporting an outage, whether it's at your home, down your street or out in your community, helps SA Power Networks find the fault faster, and can help get crews where they are needed sooner. During widespread outages, every report helps build a clearer picture of what is happening and where.
But before you report, it is worth taking a quick look at your switchboard. A tripped safety switch or circuit breaker may have cut power to your home only, and resetting it could have your power back on in minutes.
Because when it comes to keeping South Australia connected, we are all in it together.
