The Addressing Power Factor Non-Compliance at ElectraNet Connection Points Final Project Assessment Report (FPAR) has been prepared in accordance with clause 5.17.4 of the National Electricity Rules (NER). It is the final stage of the formal consultation process set out in the NER in relation to applying the RIT-D. This FPAR follows the publication of the Draft Project Assessment Report (DPAR) by SA Power Networks. SA Power Networks has concluded that there will not be a non-network option or stand-alone power system (SAPS) option.
