Disruption to some of our digital services this weekend

We will be performing IT system maintenance between 5pm Friday 19 September and 6am Monday 22 September which will affect some of our digital services.

You can still report power outages online, however you will not get the usual SMS/ email confirmation receipt. If your property is affected by an outage affecting at least ten customers, we will publish that information on our web outage map

We will continue to send SMS/ email updates to customers about outages, however there may be slight delays getting this information to you. We appreciate your understanding and patience. 

We have scheduled the maintenance for a time that will have the least overall impact on our customers and stakeholders, however appreciate that there may still be some disruption to you. Periodic system maintenance and upgrades help ensure continued reliable service.

Services will be unavailable between the following times:

  • Maintenance starts: 5pm on Friday 19 September 2025
  • Maintenance complete: 6am Monday 22 September
