Arrange a temporary disconnection/reconnection

If you're doing work at your home, like removing a tree or repairing your fascia, you can request a temporary disconnection/reconnection to ensure the work is done safely.

The steps below explain how you can arrange a temporary disconnection or network isolation at your property.

    Complete the request form

    Our team will review your request, and determine what is involved in the temporary disconnection and reconnection.

    You will be advised of the outcome of your request within 10 business days.

    If approved, you'll receive an SMS or email notifying you when to contact us to schedule a booking.

 


Should any adjustment or modification to customer wiring occur as part of the job, an eCOC by an electrical contractor must be provided prior to SA Power Networks re-energisation occurring.
