Important information regarding power outage reports and SMS/ email updates, and other online forms

We will be performing IT system maintenance between 4pm Friday 22 August and 10pm Sunday 24 August which will affect some of our digital services

With the IT system update over the weekend, you may notice a few changes to the service you would usually expect.

You can report power outages online, however you will not get the usual SMS/ email confirmation receipt. If your property is affected by an outage affecting at least ten customers, we will publish that information on our web outage map

We will continue to send SMS/ email updates to customers about outages, however there may be slight delays getting this information to you. We appreciate your understanding and patience. 

We have scheduled the maintenance for a time that will have the least overall impact on our customers and stakeholders, however appreciate that there may still be some disruption to you. Periodic system maintenance and upgrades helps ensure continued reliable service.
