Bring Your Bill: Free community sessions at participating councils across South Australia
Understanding your electricity bill can sometimes be confusing. That's why SA Power Networks is partnering with councils and community organisations across South Australia to host a series of free Bring Your Bill sessions.
These practical, face-to-face events give customers the opportunity to speak directly with our team, ask questions and gain a better understanding of their electricity bill and how the electricity network works.
What to expect
At each session, participants can bring along a recent electricity bill and chat with SA Power Networks representatives in an informal setting.
Topics may include:
- Understanding the different sections of your electricity bill
- The role of SA Power Networks in delivering electricity to homes and businesses
- Common charges and terminology you may see on your bill
- Information about energy use and energy literacy
- Where to go for additional support and information
Whether you have a specific question or simply want to learn more about how the electricity system works, these sessions are designed to help build confidence and understanding.
