Based on your feedback, we've designed a refreshed portal landing page to make it easier for you to navigate and use the portal.

The new landing page will feature:

• A new request menu to help you identify and select the correct request type
• ‘My frequent requests’ showing the requests you submit most often
• A summary of your recently submitted requests.

The new landing page will be available from early September.
