The new portal is designed to replace older systems like REX and other online forms, offering a simpler, mobile-friendly way to lodge and track your requests in one place.

Portal services
We’re progressively moving all minor connection services into the new portal, including:

- Retailer Temporary Isolation - NOW LIVE
- New Service Provision – NOW LIVE
- Temporary Disconnection/Reconnection – NOW LIVE

- Low Voltage Line Covers - COMING SOON
If the service you are after is not available in the Portal, it may still be available in out REX Portal.
Multi-factor authentication
Multi-factor authentication, or MFA, is now used by the Portal as an additional security measure to safeguard both our systems and your personal information. Every time you log in you’ll receive a unique 6-digit number via SMS, phone or authenticator app on your registered mobile phone. When prompted, enter this code into the box on your screen to access the Portal.
