Every five years, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) decides how much SA Power Networks invests in the network - those costs are paid for by customers through the network component on your energy bill. Customers have a role to play in shaping outcomes that matter to them. If issues like network reliability matter to you, please express your interest in being involved in our next proposal to the AER.

Community engagement is critical to presenting a proposal which can be supported by the AER. This allows us to invest in the improvements which you and your community support.
