Notification of works

Foggo Road, McLaren Flat closure and traffic changes

April 2024

What we’re doing

We're about to begin an upgrade outside our substation at 234 Foggo Road, McLaren Flat. This work is part of a 13km upgrade of the overhead 66,000 Volt  powerline from Morphett Vale East to Willunga starting in July.

The work is scheduled for April near our substation and involves replacing two existing poles and installing a new one in between.

The project will increase the powerline's capacity to meet the increasing power demand in the region while ensuring a reliable and flexible power supply.
