Notification of work

North Terrace, Adelaide

September - October 2024

What We're doing

We are undertaking repairs on the underground cable in the bus lane and roadway along North Terrace, Adelaide from the corner of East Terrace to the maintenance hole adjacent to Ayers House. This work is essential to maintain the reliability of the area’s power supply.

How this affects you

From Monday 9 September to Friday 4 October we will be conducting civil excavation work and accessing maintenance holes and installing new high voltage cable in the roadway. This activity is scheduled between 9am and 5pm daily to reduce disturbances such as noise, light, and inconvenience to local residents and some businesses during night hours. There will be no work during weekends. Specified workdays are subject to change. Factors such as weather conditions or other unexpected events may require adjustments to the work schedule.
