Building capability for the future
Our Pathway Programs are designed to provide real-world experience from day one, combining hands-on learning, professional development, and support from experienced leaders and mentors across the organisation. Whether out in the field, contributing to complex engineering projects, or working on digital and technology initiatives, each participant plays an important role in helping keep the lights on for our communities.
This intake represents the culmination of months of planning, collaboration, and commitment across the business. It has truly been a team effort, with leaders, mentors, the Talent team, and the Pathways team all investing significant time, expertise, and energy to create high-quality and meaningful experiences for our newest starters.
Investing in people and long-term careers
Shannon Hall, Pathway Programs Manager, said the February 2026 cohort reflects both long-term workforce planning and SA Power Networks’ strong focus on developing future talent.
“Our Pathway Programs not only help people get started in their careers, they’re designed to set them up for long-term success,” Shannon said.
“This cohort represents months of collaboration across the business, and we’re incredibly proud of the effort that’s gone into creating programs that support learning and real-world experience from day one.”
Shannon also acknowledged the critical role played by leaders and mentors across the organisation.
“The success of these programs wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of our leaders and mentors who generously give their time, knowledge, and support,” he said.
“Their commitment to developing future talent is what truly brings our Pathway Programs to life, and we’re incredibly grateful for the role they play in shaping the next generation of our workforce.”
