SA Power Networks has been named one of Australia's Top Graduate Employers for 2026, earning a place on the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) national rankings.

Recognised by graduates across Australia

The Top Graduate Employer rankings are considered a leading guide to the best workplaces for graduates entering the workforce. The list is determined entirely by survey feedback from graduates who have spent up to 12 months in their roles, rather than popularity or marketing activity.

What the rankings represent

The Top 75 organisations are those that provide the most positive experience for new graduates. The rankings consider onboarding, learning and development, leadership support, workplace culture and the overall experience of graduates in their first year.

This year, SA Power Networks is the only South Australian headquartered organisation featured in the Small Programs category. This reflects the strength of our Pathway Programs and our commitment to developing local early career talent in South Australia.

Feedback from our graduates

Graduates rated their experience highly in areas such as learning opportunities, hands on work, support from mentors and leaders, and clear future career pathways. Their feedback highlights the dedication of teams across the business who help create meaningful and supportive early career experiences.

Acknowledging our teams

This achievement reflects the ongoing work of leaders, mentors and staff who support our Graduate Programs. Thank you to everyone involved. This recognition is shared by all who contribute to developing our graduates.
