Not all remediation work requires a power interruption, and customers in locations not listed below may still benefit from work taking place in their area.
Where safe and practical, we keep the power on. However, temporary interruptions are sometimes required to ensure the safety of our crews, and the efficient delivery of work.
The list below provides a guide to planned work associated with our insulator pollution remediation program where a temporary power interruption may be required. The schedule is updated regularly and may change due to operational or weather conditions.
Customers directly impacted by planned outages will be informed via SMS and email. Customers can also subscribe to our notification service to stay updated on planned and unplanned outages.
