The SA Power Networks Engineering Vacation Program has been recognised as one of the top intern programs in Australia. This honour is testament to our commitment in providing exceptional opportunities and experiences for undergraduate students wanting to pursue a career in the power industry.

The Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) received more than 1800 responses to a survey from interns recruited as part of the 2022 intake covering 98 organisations across Australia. SA Power Networks, ranked 28th, is among only a few SA-headquartered businesses in the AAGE top 50 list and the highest-ranked energy distributor in the country.

We believe in investing in the next generation of talent so our Engineering Vacation program is designed to provide real life experience in a professional working environment, providing undergraduates a chance to build their skills, knowledge and business networks. In addition to the Engineering Vacation program, a variety of internships across departments is on offer giving undergraduates the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, collaborate on projects and contribute to real-world initiatives.

We are proud to be recognised in the AAGE 2023 Top 50 Intern Programs and are committed to providing exceptional experiences for our interns. We believe that investing in their development not only benefits them, but also our company as a whole.
