From 22 September customers will be able to submit Negotiated Connections (>100 Amps), Asset Relocations and Swing & Sag requests through the portal.

The introduction of these new application forms will allow customers to submit requests directly through the Portal and provide a central place to view and manage requests. In the first release, customers will be able to:

• View all new requests submitted through the Portal on a personalised dashboard.  
• Access the details of each application, including the assigned Project Officer.
