From early September customers will be able to submit Negotiated Connections (>100 Amps) and Asset Relocations requests through the portal.

The introduction of these new application forms will allow customers to submit requests directly through the Portal and provide a central place to view and manage requests. In the first release, customers will be able to:

• View all new requests submitted through the Portal on a personalised dashboard.  
• Access the details of each application, including the assigned Project Officer. 

As Portal development progresses, additional features will be introduced to give you greater visibility of your project’s status, progress, and upcoming actions.
